Preparing Winning Grant Proposals Faster to Meet New Challenges

Webinar • Tuesday, October 21, 2025 • 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET

As federal agencies increasingly release Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) with shorter turnaround times, applicants face greater pressure to prepare, respond and stand out from the competition. This webinar will provide practical insights and strategies to help organizations successfully navigate this evolving landscape.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the current environment and learn best practices for staying prepared ahead of NOFO releases. The session will also explore how federal agencies are using funding limitation tactics such as “pocket rescissions” and what applicants should know to adapt. In addition, we’ll cover tried-and-true pre-award strategies to strengthen proposals, sharpen messaging and make applications more competitive.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand the impact of shorter NOFO timeframes and how they affect applicants
  • Proactive steps to ensure your organization is prepared before NOFOs are announced
  • Insights into federal funding tactics and their implications for applicants
  • Actionable tips to make your proposals stand out in today’s competitive environment

This session is ideal for grants managers, development professionals, and organizational leaders who want to stay ahead of funding challenges and maximize their chances of securing federal awards.
